The Neighborhood Hotel-Little Italy

The place is nice and clean.It feels like home.Very accessible to all the places you want to go and so many good restaurants around.I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the amenities are nice. There is a full kitchen but the table is very, very small. Two light fixtures in my room were broken on arrival. Not a good room for business travel. The climate control is nice but the heat pump in the bedroom was causing significant moisture on the room, causing the bedding to feel damp and musty. Shower was very good. Nice neighborhood with lots of dining options, easy to get into. There was a terrible mixup with my business travel agent and their email based check in that caused me to sit on the street for an hour before I could so much as enter the building; communication could be better. Might be my agency’s fault but: just put a phone number on the door or something! No front desk shouldn’t mean it’s so hard to get ahold of someone when something goes wrong. The door to the closet with the washing machine won’t close, and the refrigerator door doesn’t open all the way. Pictures look great but the fit and finish don’t live up.

Building was quiet. Good nearby restaurants.

Loved my stay at the Neighborhood Hotel in Chicago. The room was clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful and lovely touches that made my stay comfortable and fun. I loved the decor-- it was modern and serene-- and the bedding, linens, and products were all upscale. It was very easy to communicate with the virtual front desk, and the guidebook that was provided was thorough and full of great tips about restaurants, tours, and local amenities. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and convenient option for a larger group that needs more beds. Walkable to an easy train to downtown. Plenty of food options on the block. Nice Kitchen and Laundry were very useful.

Extremely well-equipped, especially for the price. I stayed for a week at the Little Italy location in Chicago as part of a larger, multi-city business trip. The Neighborhood Hotel was a respite where I was able to relax, do my laundry and reset my life before heading to the next city—a luxury not many hotels can provide. I highly recommend, especially for longer stays.

The Neighborhood Hotel was great! Incredibly convenient to have an in-unit washing/dryer machine. Great quality, great amenities at a great price. Could not recommend it enough!

I decided to book at The Neighborhood Hotel because of all of the other great reviews. It did not disappoint! Yaasss all the way around great location, great amenities, chic esthetics and easy communication.

Not only were the pillows wonderful, the apartment was beautiful, modern, comfortable, oversized windows made it light & bright, everything we could have wanted. The bathroom, with its large shower, came with wall mounted shampoo, rinse & liquid soap. The little toothbrush holders were a nice touch. The kitchen was outfitted with every detail, from a tea towel, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, Dawn spray ( never used this before - works great) launry detergent for the wash & dry machine, comfortable furniture & a beautiful balcony overlooking the Italian neighborhood.
