The Artesian

Great location for the Rockies ballpark and downtown area, just a quick walk across a bridge. Lots of places to eat, dogs everywhere and walking trails. The place is pretty basic but it works.

A/C was loud and didn't cool well enough. Ceiling fan wasn't strong enough to circulate air. Outlet in bathroom didn't work. Only 1 washcloth left, but as a hand towel. Proper shower temperature was hard to control. Steep stairs that lead to bed, see photos. No on-site parking.

The noise from the AC unit maked with what sounds like a washing machine running at all hours made it impossible to sleep even with the ear plugs that you provided when i seen those earplugs i knew i was in terrible lol. But what made it worse was the most uncomfortable bed i ever slepted in. So sorry but i can only tell the truth. Thanks for your efforts.

Location was prime for the area and overall the setup was great. We walked everywhere and there is so much to do close to the Sonder. Super easy to contact the property as well

The bathroom door didn't shut all the way or lock. Some of the outlets did not work- maintenance visited to try and fix but due to the short stay we decided it was more beneficial to just had the feedback in.

Most parts are very good. Just the link to get code didn't work. When we called in front of the door, it was good a staff answered. When we tried the code, the pad was not easy to use (not sensitive, or too sensitive). Another problem is the free taxi from airport offered is not clear; not showing on the booking so it was hard to find out how to use. We couldn't use it.

We had a great stay at the Sonder Artesian. The property was in a great location, beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe. The price point was excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a decent place to stay, but don't require the amenities of a hotel.

The lockers to storage your luggage before/after check in: there are very few, some were broken and don’t feel very safe
