Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg

The property did not match the pictures shown when booking. The front desk person led me to the room with a bottle of air freshener in hand. As we were heading to the room, we had to pass other guests that were very unsavory and had trash all around their door. The door to the room we were supposed to stay in didn't shut well; the light switches didn't work on the lights. The bathroom was extremely dirty. We decided that we could not stay, and they would not offer a refund.

Plenty of parking and the cabin look

Very run down for the price. Bathrooms were broken and run down it wasn’t work almost 200$ the staff was very rude on the phone and in person

Absolutely Nothing

Mold was profoundly throughout the room, floors, walls, and ceiling. The AC didn't work. Bathtub had broken parts missing, rug had suspicious stains. No locks on the door. Save yourself the troubles and DoNot Book!!!

It’s close to parkway.

Updated room. Clean. Quiet.

No chain latch. Deadbolt didn't work. No one in office for checkout. Went to the office an hour apart to drop off key and no one there. Called 3 times between 9 :00 am and 2:00 pm checkout day to notify that keycard was left in room. No answer with no way to leave a message. No call back from them.

It looked nice but was infested with bed bugs

Bed bugs infestation. Shower was broke. The room beside us made us sick by setting of roach bombs to kill the bed bugs in their room. Ruined our vacation and still haven't returned the money when we had to leave and go straight to the laundry mat to kill the bed bugs.
