Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg

Rooms looked nice. Bed was comfortable.

Carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. The shower surround and faucet need replacing. Surround was cracked and faucet cover was missing.

Nothing run down and very dirty. Carpet was dirty and bathroom was disgusting with dirty toilet and floor. No maid service.

Run down and very dirty from the carpet to the bathroom. Bugs on the ceiling. And had a bad oder.

Carpet very bad. People drinking kept us up till after 2 am. No coffee pot. People live there.

Nothing about this property was good. The property manager had hand written rules. The door didn’t shut properly. There was luke warm water in the evening and cold water in the morning. No hot water. The beds had stains. The floor was stained and moldy. The ac unit was broken. The tv would cut on but didn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE. It was trash. Even worse than most cheap hotels. Not worth 360.$ it was complete garbage. Even the hotel manager. BUGGSS. Had to pay 25$ to check in early.

This is the worst place i ever stay bet wasnt clean when i arive they didnt have people in the front desk for help …. Plus it says u get housekeeping daily wich i didn’t get just the worst experience ever i don’t recommend

Nothing I did not stay after I reserved I got a phone call giving me a password got there property was not as pictured roaches everywhere front door would barely stay shut definitely not the property pictured. I walked in and turned around got back on booking and booked me another hotel. I would like a full refund, please.

The bathroom light was broke, room smelled horrible, bed covered had stains on then, the carpet had stains on it, there was a hole in the wall, the pictures on the site are not an accurate representation, staff was not willing to make things right! Left and had to find a new hotel, and was out the room cost!!
