Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg

Breakfast was nice. View was ok

How close it was to downtown Gatlinburg

The air conditioning unit was not consistent, woke up multiple times in the middle of the night because it was set on 66 but it was blowing heat. The bathroom should’ve been clean before we got there, and in all the pictures we saw was hardwood floors and we had carpets that needed to be either cleaned or replaced. When we went to check in, there was no checking us in, the man at the front desk asked me my name handed me my card and did not ask for any information or confirmation number or anything.

Great Location Management was very helpful From the outside you say oh but once you settle into your room it's very cozy.

The location, and it wasn't the worse hotel I stayed at, it was a little bit better then that.

Dingy bed sheets n blankets, nasty looking carpeting.

The bed was comfortable.

Roach and spider found in the bed. Bad smell (possibly smoke) in room.
