אם היינו מקבלים מפתח אולי היינו אוהבים

התכתבתי עם מישהו מהמשרד לפני ההגעה. בשלב מסוים הוא ביקש ממני צילום כ.א ותעודה מזהה. הסברתי שאני מעדיפה לתת את זה במקום ולא לשלוח צילום. בנוסף, עדכנתי שלא אצליח להגיע בשעה שנקבעה אלא שעה מאוחר יותר וקיבלתי אישור לכך. באתר בוקינג העסק עדכן שיש אפשרות לצ'ק אין עד חצות כך שהייתי רגועה כיוון שעמדנו להגיע 3 שעות לפני כן. כאשר הגענו למקום, המשרד היה סגור וחשוך. שאלנו זוג שהיה בחצר והם אמרו לנו שהמשרד סגור. שוב קיבלנו הודעה להעביר פרטי כ.א ותעודה מזהה. כששוב סירבתי עודכנתי שלא אקבל את פרטי הצ'ק אין עד שלא אשלח את המסמכים. עניתי שלא כתוב בשום מקום שזו ההתנהלות שלהם ומעבר לכך, בפירוש כתוב שהצ'ק אין פתוח עד חצות. מאחר ונתקלתי שוב באותה התשובה פניתי לבוקינג ולבסוף ההזמנה בוטלה. נאלצנו לחפש בחצות הלילה מקום אחר ללון בו.

Appartment is nice, king size bed is comfortable. Kitchen is fonctional

Service is minimal, there were towels for 2 persons only but we were 3... and maid was reluctant to give us more. Same with toilet paper... they charge for bbq but it is not said on booking
