Very close to the beach.

Not actually beach front or ocean view.

Close to the beach and Broadwalk. The room was pretty clean with the exception of all the mild in the bathroom. It had a nice gazebo to use. The man who checked us in was friendly.

Was suppose to be ocean view and wasn't. Mold in bathroom shower, electrical was questionable, wires hanging out of wall and no battery in fire alarm. Tried to get in touch with staff and never answered me. Room wasn't cleaned every day. No coffee. We paid a ridiculous amount of money for this and I expected way more.

Location…steps to the beach. Owner was very pleasant. Price was great. Room was huge.

This was a confusing room. It was really big and cute. But some of it just did not make sense. There was so much cabinetry, I don’t think any family, for any length of time, would need that much storage The “spa shower/tub” was…well, weird. The kicker of confusion, though, was an opening between the bathroom and the living area. They had something that looked like a fire pit with a curtain. This means that anything you do in the bathroom is NOT private. Why in the world would they leave that space open when it was obvious the whole room had been redone? Just odd. Room #1.

Location

The staff was friendly and the location is excellent, which made the stay convenient. However, for a 4-star hotel, the level of cleanliness was very disappointing. My room was cleaned only once during my entire stay of five days. In addition, I believe there were bedbugs in the bedding, which caused itching for several days. Overall, the service was pleasant, but the cleanliness did not meet the standard expected from a hotel of this category.

Newly renovated. Nice cozy studio. Excellent wifi TV Hot water . Thermo. No breskfast but kitchen Had micro, toaster oven , 2 burners, pots, cutlery, dishes . Large closet. Great location for beach and restaurants. Good for long stays for 1 , a little tight for 2.

Management unreachable by text, email or phone until day before because I needed to store luggage after early arrival by taxi. Mgr promised to be there by 9 am . I arrived at 10:30 , cleaner said he would Arrive at 11 but stored my luggage. Mgr very helpful thereafter . Door code stopped working on day 3. Mgr answered phone and opened door remotely twice but unable to repair. On last morning took my luggage to rest for breakfast at 9 because I wasn’t sure I could get mgr on phone if I was still locked out. Maybe they were shortstaffed. Price was higher than expected but it was spring break and between beach and main highway with many restaurants and easy to get to.
