Tropic Isle Boutique Hotel

Location was awesome

Service was terrible as they only changed bedding and towels once in 7 days. AC didn’t cool the room Fan in freezer hitting ice buildup so had to unplug… No one on site and no one to answer calls for assistance…

The room was huge and had a great kitchen. Beds were comfy. Bathroom dated but great hot shower. Close to beach. Easy parking. AC great with ceiling fan. Beach towels. Nice place.

I loved the location and the hotel itself was pretty.

I didn’t like that they didn’t provide toilet paper and towels everyday and I also didn’t like how they did the parking. The parking situation didn’t make sense. Also if I wanted to speak with someone or text I never got a response. There was a huge lack of communication.

Location, clean, very comfortable, very accommodating. Great Value.

We live enjoyed everything on our 2nd visit and will return

Location close to the beach

The noise night and day, window facing the bathtub, the bathtub is so high and deep, it's very difficult to get in and out, the massage bathtub did not work and would go off in the middle of the night and scare us, not even 3 of the same forks, spoons, only 2 bowls, not clean, mold everywhere in the bathroom, the mattress is thin but the bed is so high that it cuts into your thighs when you sit on it. And on top of everything, a huge cockroach in the bathroom!!!

The property was close to the boardwalk and walking distance to so many great places.

The door to the room was tricky to deal with and needed a new paint job. I know it’s by the ocean but it could use some sprucing up outside the room

I liked the location. Very close/steps away from the broadwalk.

The windows only had blinds, which I shut, still let in ALOT of light. The electronic door lock constantly failed. Im familiar with electric locks, this lock was faulty. The bathroom had a waterbug problem.
