Pioche Village Park City

This is a great location for a ski vacation. Walking distance to the Jordanelle Gondola- where they have lockers for your shoes and complimentary ski storage. At the end of the day the shuttle will bring you back to the Baton Building at Pioche. Great hot tub! About a $25 uber ride to Park City for dinner. The One bedroom was bigger than I expected with a pull-out sofa for our 17-year-old son. We would definitely stay here again!

The setting, the hot tubs, and the service was great!

Loved the quaint property and everyone was nice and helpful. The WIFI was insufficient for conducting meetings and continued to drop the session.

Pioche Village is new and nice. Hot tub was amazing. Lots of amenities weren't working (vending wasn't operational; air hockey was completely broken; pinball was in need of repair), but the location was great. Super easy to get to Jordanelle gondola and Deer Valley.

There was no convenience store for miles. Difficult to navigate the first time around but eventually, texting the front desk staff between 9am and 11pm worked. Granted there was a lot of snow, but the area was not well plowed or shoveled. No indoor parking available except for owners.

The property was clean. Noise level was pretty bad from the upstairs and down. Nothing against the management it’s just the way the building was made. Check in person wasn’t the nicest. Did not go over any amenities etc. last year we had awesome service. But overall it was ok

The lady named Sydney is truly wonderful—she is kind, approachable, and always willing to help. However, my experience with the gentleman at the front desk, Juan, was quite the opposite. When I asked him if there was a spa in the community, he immediately said no without even checking. Later, I discovered that there was indeed a spa just across from the office. His lack of effort to provide accurate information was frustrating and disappointing. To make matters worse, when we were checking out, it was snowing heavily. I was carrying two large suitcases and had my hands full. I knocked on the door, hoping someone would assist me. Juan was sitting in the office and didn’t even bother to stand up or open the door for me. Even when I explicitly asked him for help, he simply said, “Oh, it’s open,” without making any effort to assist. His lack of courtesy and unwillingness to help left a very negative impression. While Sydney’s professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated, Juan’s behavior was unacceptable and significantly impacted my overall experience.

The area of east Deer Valley is brand new and still under construction. No dining, shopping, or grocery options within 15 minutes. The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet. Shower wasn't very hot at any time during our 3 day stay. Could not reach management staff outside 9am-5pm with question about check out. Piochet is not fully up to speed yet. If I were to ski Deer Valley again I'd stay in or near the town of Park City.
