Access to keys and location was very good.

1. Heating was not consistent across the rooms. 2. Lights failed in one bed room and we did not get repairs. 3. Broadband was patchy and kept getting disconnected. 4. There was a continuous noise from the ceiling, likely some AC or machine that was persistent in the background. 5. And voice travels from next door room.

Lovely view We got the good price during we stay comparing with the hotel downtown. Walkable to the walking street 7-10 min The room is so big, biger than the photos look. Only the small bed room is so small.

The property was clean and had a great view of the mountains and was comfortable.

The bedroom was very small and the window to the bedroom was a big bay window opening into the hallway so the curtain had to be closed the whole time unless you wanted everyone walking past your front door to also see inside your bedroom. All this was manageable but the one thing that was very annoying was the digital keypad failed and we were left standing freezing in our hallway at 1am for 10 mins until security told us the code to a lock box next to our door to access a physical key. I’m not sure if the key pad failed due to an electrical issue or if the cold affected it but the keypad was still not working in the morning. Other than that it was clean and comfortable but quite expensive for its size.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was excellent with beautiful views of Tromso and easy access to the city center. Everything was well organized and the check-in process was smooth. It was a perfect place to relax after exploring the city and the Arctic surroundings.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very pleasant.
