Great location, easy check in, loved not needing a key - you wouldn’t want to loose them in the snow! Nice and warm inside Vervet Bakery round the corner is perfect for breakfast

Would have preferred more pillows as standard but that’s just a personal preference Discovered could have ordered them for an additional cost when booking when checking out and booking luggage storage. Wouldn’t have paid more if had known earlier though just adapted what I’d brought

Sillon con tapizado con manchas. Dormitorio muy pequeño. No hay lugar para guardar ropa. Solo 2 capsulas de cafe! Falta un horno de microondas

The apartment was within the Vervet apartment "block" which is very close to the Tromso Bridge (opposite the Arctic Cathedral on the mainland). The area has several bars and cafes and a supermarkets nearby. The centre of Tromso itself is a short walk. The open plan apartment (lounge, diner, kitchen) was well appointed with plenty of kitchenware for cooking and entertaining. Access to the apartment was very easy, with the entrance to the apartment block very close to the bus stop for the Tromso airport bus.

The bedroom in the apartment was very small, enough room for a double bed and bedside table and little else, but it was clean and warm. We arrived to the apartment quite late in the evening to find there were no provisions of any kind other than coffee so had to go straight out to get supplies - it would have been nice if at least some bread or pastries could have been provided (we did find the local supermarket though which was not too far in the snow).

The apartment was warm, bright and comfortable. It is in a great area, right near shops, restaurants, buses and the harbour. It’s easy to get to from the airport, just a short bus ride. There is a roof terrace at the top of the building where you can look for the Northern Lights, and the apartment has a balcony and big windows. We saw the aurora from the balcony. Beautiful views as well. The staff were responsive.

It could possibly do with a few more cooking utensils.
