The location was very good. Close to all amenities and the bus stop. The bus went direct to the airport. The apartment was warm and had a dishwasher, washing machine, The bedding and towels were good.

The apartment wasn't ready for check-in. We had to wait for 15 minutes for the room to be finished. Unfortunately there were food leftovers overlooked on the balcony. The apartment itself was very small and not like the photos. There was nowhere to dine except for a high table with bar stools, unsuitable for 2 of us as we are elderly. The sofa was only big enough for 3 smallish people. The coffee machine didn't work and the kitchen was lacking so many items. There was only hand wash and hair conditioner in the bathroom, we would have appreciated even small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The noise of the heating kept us awake at night The corridors leading to the apartments are unheated so it feels as if you are outside which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay as we feel that the photos of the apartments are slightly misleading as they suggest a much bigger living space and apartment. We would not recommend these apartments as they are too expensive and lack the comfort for the price we paid. Also like to add that the apartment owners also cancelled another 2 bedroom apartment that we had also booked even though it was fully paid for.

We booked for three people, but we got amenities for two only. Even after telling the reception, no actions were taken.

Super apparemment très bien placé et très fonctionnel. Idéal pour un petit séjour dans la ville de Tromso.

L' appartement est très bien situé proche du centre.

A notre arrivée nous avons dû débarrasser le lave vaisselle des précédents résidents. La chambre un peu petite, il manquait aussi du gel douche.
