Hotel is confortable and clean.

Staff at the desk welcoming people are really not hospitable at all... As a customer I almost felt like my coming wasn't appreciated. So I had more the feeling to be treated like a animal from a livestock than a human being... That's the only reason why I am looking for another place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here, very friendly staff, new nice hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed.

The location wasn’t the best but not the end of the world, very cheap taxis to get around so wasn’t an issue

Very noisy in room due to construction work happening several rooms below. Blinds are not very good for keeping the room dark.

Nice and clean hotel

Good location, not too close to the busy areas. Clean towels when requested and there is somewhere to do your own laundry. The bed was a standard double and was comfy enough! The staff were super nice and helped us with anything we needed. The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed including a hot shower which was great.

If you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend booking here - it was as if the windows aren’t double glazed so you could hear all the noise from outside. Plus the blinds don’t block out the light from outside so it’s quite bright early in the morning. The place isn’t as clean as we thought it would be with quite a bit of wear and tear; grubby walls, worn furniture etc which is a shame as we felt like the value for money for this room wasn’t that great
