Pool area is terrific Beach access fantastic It's a great place to stay

Nothing in particular beer could be colder.

The bungalows were clean and cosy- air con worked well, the pool was clean and they had great activities. The staff at reception were attentive and very welcoming!! The restaurant was great, good options on menu and clean! Most importantly the staff Bun lay FB Manager and waitresses Srey Nich Srey Nai and Makara made my stay even better, lovely staff highly recommend!! Will definitely be back , thank you !!!

Gym

The location was perfect and the pool was absolutely lovely! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downsides were the persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, which lingered throughout our stay, and the gym—it wasn’t really usable, with only a few pieces of equipment that weren’t very practical. Aside from those issues, we had a great time and really appreciated the overall experience.

We stayed at Scarlet Sails Villa for 2 nights from April 26–28 on Koh Rong Island. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing island escape. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we suggest that management reinforce the Lost and Found policy for better clarity and guest assurance, and ensure timely communication when guests report lost items. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

We spent 2 nights at Scarlet Sails Villa from April 26–28 on Koh Rong Island and truly enjoyed the serene surroundings—perfect for unwinding and soaking in the island vibe. The team on-site were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. That said, we recommend the management to improve the Lost and Found policy for clearer procedures and prompt follow-up with guests regarding any missing items. All in all, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and kind hospitality.
