BED BUGS! Avoid at all costs. This place is riddled with bed bugs. We were awake all night scratching and in the morning we were covered in bites. It is the dirtiest and most unhygienic place I have ever been to. We went to breakfast and there were ants crawling in the cereal. We told the staff and they removed it and put it back out the next day still with ants in it! All the food was uncovered so the flies and even ate it all, especially the bread. The cutlery looks like it’s not been washed. We watched one of the dogs walking around the kitchen. On arrival our pillow case was ripped in the middle from age. There is mattresses and pillows everywhere. HUGE bugs cover the hotel. It is just awful. When we told the staff about the bed bugs they didn’t care and put more people in our room after us! Please be careful and avoid staying here. I wish I never booked.

HEALTH HAZARD! Do not stay here. 3 out of 4 of our guests got ill from their pillows which we found to be MOULDY. We realised on the day of check-out, and contacted the hotel about this. They have refused to support with any appropriate level compensation, instead saying they will give us discount if we return - which clearly we won’t be as this hotel is a health hazard. They have been ignoring my messages. It has been almost 6 weeks since initial contact and there is still no resolve.

Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old. Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore. The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone. Would not stay here again.

Great location, fabulous beach and close to small pier where the ferries drop off. Our room was very spacious. Plenty of seating on and near the beach bar and restaurant.

Wifi not good. Some rooms are just about out of range. The scooter hire associated through the hotel was expensive and the bikes in very poor condition. Rooms with porches need chairs in order to use them.

It’s dirty, ways to the rooms are kind of dangerous. So called Deluxe rooms are a joke! Breakfast was horrible!

Well hard to say. Lets say its a low class bungalow on the beach. If its not for the location is not worthy.

Low level beach bungalows. Probably years ago was not bad but now I would not stay there again.
