Waited very long to check in, even though it states early check in - don’t be deceived, you still won’t get your room until late in afternoon.

Location is relatively accessible

No Wi-Fi working in the room. No TV working, AC was useless. No view from the windows.No personal connection with staff. Gym is poorly equipped. For us , the place is highly priced without offering value for , even if they their price by one quarter, we never go there again

The location of the hotel is great

When we arrived, they could not find our booking. We then got given a twin room, but we had booked a double. They said they would make the beds up together to make a double, but this didn’t happen. Also note that the walls are so thin so it sounds like the people in the room next to you are actually IN the room with you. Breakfast was average- most of the food was cold on the buffet. One day when the room was cleaned, our dirty cups were left in the room and no fresh ones left for us. Mosquitos can get into the rooms easily, so we were absolutely covered in new bites each morning after waking up. The rooms are dated. The accommodation is not value for money at all and the only good thing was the location.

The location was perfect. Right on the cleaned beach, very clean water and atmosphere. Breakfast was also good, fresh and always refilled. Staff very polite.

Unfortunately the room and the building needs general repair. The furniture were very old. No chair in the room. Very unpleasant strong smell in the room.

The location is good, as it is situated on Long Set Beach, which is the best area to stay

As someone who travels frequently and has visited several places on this island, I feel I can share a few not-so-great comments about this hotel: • Communication: Zero. I tried calling and texting them before our trip, but no one ever responded. • Restaurant: Probably the worst on the beach - definitely avoid it. The staff doesn’t speak decent English, and the food is disappointing. • Wi-Fi: Unstable throughout the property, almost non-existent in the rooms. You’ll see people sitting in the lobby just to get a usable connection, which is inconvenient and far from ideal. It’s baffling, as even backpacker places nearby have better Wi-Fi. • Value for Money: The price doesn’t match what you get. For example, at Onederz next door, we paid half the price for a two-person room with a private bathroom, which was new and honestly a much better option. • Sunbeds: There aren’t enough, and not even a single one by the pool as advertised on Booking.com. Pool area is not that nice as advertised. All in all, I would avoid staying here again. Instead, I’d recommend Beachwalk Resort, Long Set Resort, or Onederz (specifically their two-person rooms with private bathrooms)

Great location and was a comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating.
