SCARLET SAILS VILLA

Hotel is Beachfront and sun loungers are free which is always a added bonus

Stayed in some lovely hostels during our stay in Cambodia so thought we’d treat ourselves to a hotel and was slightly disappointed, the place is a tad tired we had a few issues with our first room had a leak, the ac didn’t work, the fridge was hot , however they upgraded us to a new room once we mentioned this

The staff were amazing, so helpful when booking transport and just genuinely kind and happy to help. They even gave us a fruit plate at the end of our stay as we had been there for 10 nights. We ended up getting a free upgrade as they were doing construction where our room was which was just amazing. The pool was always clean and had the most incredible view of the beach. The breakfast was also really good. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and will be back in the future! Thank you to all the staff at Scarlet sails you are all amazing!!!

The beach is walking distance, friendly staff.

We were told that we got an upgrade in rooms. To our surprise it was still a standard room. When i asked the reception, they claimed it was an upgrade. Warm food at breakfast was cold. Door of the bathroom made a lot of noise until a repair man came. I don't recommend this hotel! The bathroom was not clean!

Beachfront and close to the pier. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very helpful.

Very old room. Tv didnt work. Air wasnt cold. But i guess you get what you pay for.

The first room in the villa we did not like it was very hot even with A C and no balcony

This location was unbelievable! I don’t believe the breakfast was the best but the property was very clean and the staff were lovely!
