Everything was great except I had no hot shower. Since the temperature was so high, even no hot water did not bother me. I will stay at the same hotel when I return to Poipet, provided that the shower will work proprely giving me hot water.

The rooms are nice and clean, good aircon, good location.

It was noisy, construction noise started at 5:30. Staff are all very young and seem unexperienced. It‘s overpriced for Cambodian standards.
