Staff very helpful and friendly, location safe and comfort to stay

aircon not working well

It’s new and in good location

Bad sound proof. You can hear anyone speaking just at the walkway. There’s also big draining sound from other room. Bed and pillow sheet are new, but there’s mark of dirt.

Staff very friendly and eager to please. Restaurant food is only so so. WiFi does not work in room but works in common areas.

Breakfast is OK

No partition in the bathroom with the shower thus water everywhere. Do not give 2 keys. Toilets blocked. TV does not work. Bad wifi connection.

They had a smart TV and i could watch the Football game. Bed was fresh and clean. We got a cold little towel as we have arrived

The Hotel is about 1,5 km from the border, the entrance looks nice but the communication was difficult. The Person who worked there calld for help, and she brought us to the room. As we open the door it was really bad smelling. I took a shower and i found out the water did not run down, because the drain was full of hairs. So we called the frontdesk and ask for another room. They gave us the room 202 and it looks better, but it took hours to cool the room down. I have checkt the aircon and found a sticker of the production date of the aircon and it was brand new. I think the aircon was set so that it only runs at half power. It was cold enough if you stay on the bed, because the wind just blow there. Bathroom: The person who did the grouting work didn't have his best day, there was mold in the corners, and the rest of the room wasn't very clean and modern. Towels were clean and soft. They offered bath slipper but they were used by other guests before. The whole hotel is poorly soundproof, we could hear doors banging, the housekeeping working, and the guests at the rooftop singing karaoke at night, and the building workers next to. Breakfast Standard not much choise, stuff could not understand english. It was hot on the rooftop there was a airconroom but it was switched off. I wont go there a second time and i dont understand how other guest give 10.

Clean and decent for 1 night befire crossing to Thailand border.

Staff at restaurant do not speak 1 word of English.
