The vip room is big and comfortable.

The very first room still have some bad smell due to new decorations. The sofa has a lot of ants, I was bitten two times 🫠 And the cleaning staff saw I changed the status of my room from no disturb to clean. They pretend not saw it, and when got back the room, nothing happened in my room. They still need more training. The WiFi was so poor, I can’t connect to it most of time.

"Never again! Who charges for water in the hotel room especially when you can’t drink tap water ffs"

They charge for water in the room???? First time in my life have I been charged for water in a hotel at $1.00 USA. Breakfast was very bad, butter was heat affected, breakfast was served cold apart from the orange juice that was hot! I ordered English fish and chips for supper and got a plate of burnt chips with no fish??? Ask about my fish, they said sorry we don’t have any fish??? Unfortunately a very bad experience.

"Great Location, Brand New Boutique Hotel, Worth It"

Very short drive from Cambodia-Thailand border, New opening Boutique Hotel in town with friendly staff and helpful with great location. The bedroom is very large and comfortable with good air condition, my room weather is great. They serve a la carte breakfast, you can choice Asian either Western cuisines. Please do not forget to try and relax at their sky bar to enjoy the view of Poipet town, thanks to the staff who made my family trip full of fun and joyful.
