Sago Palm Hotel

O staff era ótimo! O pessoal da recepção era excelente! E o staff do café da café da manhã era muito atencioso ! Absolutamente perfeito! O quarto tb era confortável!

O barulho entre os quartos foi uma questão. Dava para ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado!

Excellent location.

The hotel served the purpose of what we needed, which was a place to stay on our drive through Jamaica. It is in a busy area of town and pretty noisy at night. Limited food options nearby.

I like the staff their were friendly and easy going

I liked most things about the property, the room was nice, however I booked a junior suite to accommodate 4 adults but it would have been more comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children because the space was a bit cramped. The food was quite good and the staff was quite friendly and professional. the hotel gave a nice comfortable feel overall. I think a game room with a pool table and a dart board etc, a TV etc would enhance the experience in my opinion. The pool is nice but it is untiled and the pool area needs more shade from the sun. Overall I was pleased with the experience and I would definately stay there again.

Location of property is within close proximity to the beach, shopping, and right next to Mongoose Restaurant nland Lounge. Easy access to transportation

I recently stayed at the Sago Palm Hotel in Jamaica and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the security and front desk staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout my stay. Their warm attitude made check-in and general interactions pleasant. However, there are some areas that could use improvement. The dining options are very limited, so if you’re looking for variety, you may need to plan to eat elsewhere. There was also a noticeable odor in certain areas, which affected the overall comfort. One major concern was the $200 deposit policy. I was told it would be held and then released, but instead, it was charged to my card. I had to follow up with the hotel afterward to have it resolved, which was inconvenient and disappointing. Overall, while the staff’s friendliness is a plus, the lack of dining options, lingering odor, and deposit handling issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

We loved the receptionist Rihan, lovely lady and sole of the staff for the breakfast were lovely. The breakfast was great! The room was very tidy

The pool needed more maintenance, not clean enough in our opinion. The manager was not very nice, very dismissive when we were faced with issues with the room, we are still awaiting compensation for the leaky air conditioning that ruined our luggage. We have left the property and sent an email to HR and still no one has emailed us back. We left the hotel almost a week ago now
