Sago Palm Hotel

En la noche casi no dormí, hay una discoteca cerca y ponen música muy alta. Por la mañana muchos ruidos en el hotel. Deben mejorar el servicio del restaurante, el menú es muy limitado y casi no hay de lo que ordenas, también el servicio es lento.

The property was great. The breakfast was good as far as the location. It was not in the best neighborhood, but it was gated so I felt safe inside the compound.

The hotel was very basic. Staff was nice enough. The issue was I felt scammed before I checked in and after. Received a text message via whatsapp to submit my deposit to secure my room due to "extreme booking". Hell no, I was not giving my financial info via a text. Check in was no big deal but they wanted a passport as ID...why? What do locals use for ID? Next in the scam alert...I check out after my 2 day stay and was informed my deposit would be refunded within 48hrs. Two weeks plus and I am still waiting for my refund. I've called, texted and now reaching out to my bank. I will flag this place as a scam. Save your money!

The boutique hotel is clean and rooms are well kept. They have access to the town beach. Which is 8 minute walk. Hot breakfast was waiter served and good.It has a small pool. It is a very small hotel and reminds more of a bed and breakfast. The location is downtown and I felt safe at the hotel. Book through the travel platforms for a better rate.

Staff were great. Rooms were lovely. Breakfast was nice.

Everything about the property was very excellent the food and the cleanliness of the room. When i go back to jamaica i know where im going to stay

We loved our stay at the Sago Palm. All the staff were super friendly and courteous and most of all professional. The room was great — very comfortable and clean. We liked the sweet patio in our room as well. The hotel was well located so as to be-able to walk around to the craft market and different restaurants, as well as our favorite, Juici Patties 😊

Everything was great at the property but breakfast could be better.

The staff went over and beyond!!!! Excellent service!
