Staff was very friendly, property was clean and food was good

Every staff in every department displayed the most impressive customer service! The food was amazing! I stayed at quite a few hotels and this one is the best! Thank you the awesome experience!

I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at your resort. While I ultimately enjoyed my time there, I feel it is important to highlight some of the issues I encountered upon arrival, in the hope that this feedback will help improve the guest experience going forward. When I arrived at the property, I was informed that my room had not been properly booked, which came as a complete surprise. I was left waiting for hours while the front desk tried to sort out the confusion. To make matters worse, I was told that the resort was overbooked and that my stay was not included in the system. As a result, I was asked to pay for an upgraded room—despite already having made arrangements prior to my arrival. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional, especially after a long journey. It’s frustrating to feel as though I was being held responsible for an error that clearly occurred on your end. I expected a smoother check-in process, and a solution that didn’t involve me being pressured to pay more due to your overbooking. Thankfully, once the situation was resolved, the remainder of my stay went smoothly. The staff was friendly, the amenities were enjoyable, and the resort itself is beautiful. However, the rocky start did impact the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and that steps are taken to prevent similar issues for future guests. Moreover, I was promised hotel transfers and that also wasn't done.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Food was good and the entertainment was exceptional. Our room had terrible water pressure which required a long shower to remove all of the soap. We were also disappointed in the lady that set up an excursion for our group. She said it would take about 35 minutes to get to our destination when in reality it was almost 2 hours. We talked to her afterwards to make sure she gives out the right information to other guests.

Entertainment, hospitality, food, cleanliness, friendly staff . All good points. I didn’t like that someone went into my room without me asking for any services the head of security did a check and was supposed to give me a report which I didn’t get. Twice I tried to get towels for the beach and there were none available. Other than that they stay was enjoyable

The property was nice and beach was beautiful. The food was not great. The Jamaican dishes were good. All the other food was terrible. The Italian restaurant food was terrible. They kept servi g kidneys instead of beef liver. Only served oxtail once. No lobster due to the season. Wings were tiny in the bar and the burgers were processed meat.

My hotel stay was grand! The food, entertainment and cleanliness was excellent!
