"Good"

Chicken was delayed for one hour and a half. This is what this was very unacceptable m and unexpected and they didn’t manage it. Well they were very hard when it comes to managing my stay. I really don’t recommend this hotel for this money.

"Spa is 100% Worth It"

We visited the spa for a couples package. From the moment we walked in every member of staff we encountered was amazing and made the day extra special. The value for what we had was extremely reasonable and we are both very glad we added this to our trip!

"Restful Night Stay"

After a long flight, I had a very restful night in a very comfortable bed. My room was in the historic building and was a bit of walk from the reception with two different elevators. The hotel is centrally located and I was able to walk to all the sights. The onsite restaurant is excellent.

"Watch out for campaign pricing"

We tried to book a "flash sale" price. After member log-in in the reservation system prices pumped up and the flash sale was no longer available. We have heard that the hotel has some financial difficulties and now we don't wonder that all. As locals we would have liked to support a local hotel for a staycation but now instead we saved all the money.

This is not only 5 stars hotel is 6 stars ! everything brand new very modern ! Best design you can find it ! All amenities from bulagari very chic ! The spa facilities and treatments are my favorites ! the king size bed and everything automatically by the tablet ! the mirror room with deserts make your breakfast set magic !
