"Fabulous Hotel"

Pros: Pre stay communication was done smoothly both the front desk and the concierge replied to our emails during the same day. The service at the hotel was also very welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful and luxurious. We especially enjoyed the large bathroom and the Bvlgari amenities. In addition, the bed was of high quality and we got a good night's sleep. The Spa was also really beautiful and they offered a large selection of different massages and treatments. The buffet breakfast was of high quality and the Lilja restaurant was beautifully furnished. Cons: We didn’t experience any cons during our stay and we’d love to stay at Hotel Maria again!

"Great facilities, but in a five-star hotel, the service should also reach the same level"

The hotel and the room was quiet and clean and the interior was great. But the hotel staff (and the staff at the restaurant) seem to be a bit unsure in every situations and not what I expect from a 5-star hotel. There is not the flexibility, initiative and clarity in communication with me as a guest. It creates for me a lack of clarity in what I can expect.

"Luxury and Proximity"

We loved our 2 night stay here and only wished we had more nights! We wanted to be close to the Christmas Market and the location was perfect. It was a very easy walk. Weather was pleasant enough for us to actually walk to everything we wanted to see nearby. We stayed in a Premier Deluxe room and it was luxurious and super spacious. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
