Siamo arrivati e la camera era occupata. Dopo piu’ di 1 hr ci hanno assegnato una camera non conforme alla prenotazione. Camera piccola.

Codes for doors deactivativng all the time, so you need to keep calling on the ohone and hope the staff is available. The room was barely cleaned from the previous guest, which was quite disgusting

L'hôtel reste proche du centre ville a pied.

L'absence de personnel est troublante. Durant ces 3 jours je n'ai jamais vu aucun employé. Pas pratique quand on ne trouve pas la telecomande de la télé, dangereux pour la bagagerie puisqu'aucun employé ne vérifie ce qui entre et ce qui sort. L'hôtel décline d'avance toute responsabilité en cas de vol. L'hôtel est bruyant, les portes se ferment avec un groom avec trop de force ce qui engendre des nuisances sonores dès qu'un client entre ou sort du bâtiment ou de sa chambre.

We had a clean, comfortable, and modern room on the ground floor. Parking was convenient and free. Once we had checked in we had no need to use the car again, as everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance.
