What breakfast? None, even if we asked...

It was difficult to get into the hotel. No personal, no help, nothing. Looking for codes, did not understand anything. Cleaning? We had paid for cleaning. They never cleaned anything, not took out dirt of changed towels. In the end I found new towels in the basement. Evryone can walk into the hotel from downstairs. open door. The room was very hot, Not possible to get more air in

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with particularly comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and very well presented. The location was excellent, and the free onsite parking was a huge bonus and made our stay much more convenient. We also appreciated the TV’s casting functionality, which was easy to use, and the fridge in the room was very handy. The blackout curtains were especially effective and made it easy to sleep during the summer despite the midnight sun, which we really appreciated. Overall, the hotel offered great comfort, convenience, and excellent facilities, making for a very pleasant stay.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could be improved. The soundproofing between rooms seemed good, as we couldn’t hear noise from neighbouring rooms. However, we could clearly hear activity in the hallway, particularly when guests were entering and leaving their rooms. The lighting in our room was also quite poor. As we were staying on the ground floor, much of the natural daylight was blocked by the surrounding walls/buildings, and the room’s artificial lighting wasn’t bright enough to make up for this. We also found the lack of a staffed reception area somewhat inconvenient, as assistance could only be accessed by phone. This became particularly noticeable when the fire alarm went off one evening. Guests were gathered outside the hotel, but there was very little communication or reassurance from staff regarding the situation, which created some uncertainty.

Kaikkiin huoneisiin ei ole esteetöntä pääsyä, vaan hissin jälkeen pitää käyttää myös portaita. Onneksi luin huoneeseen pääsyn ohjeet hyvissä ajoin etukäteen, joten ehdin vielä ottaa yhteyttä hotelliin ja sain huoneemme vaihdettua esteettömäksi. Emme saaneet aamiaista lainkaan, oven takaa ei löytynyt luvattua aamiaispussia. Saimme myöhemmin korvauksena aamiaisrahat takaisin bookingin välityksellä. Hotelli on melko kaukana keskustasta, varsinkaan sateella ei tehnyt mieli kävellen siirtyä keskustaan.

It was an easy self check-in, that made it easy to schedule our plans. The stuff is very responsive by email or messenger. The room was good, bed comfortable, parking easy. Breakfast from the bakery was simple but ok to survive till lunch.

A bit difficult to find restaurants nearby. For the rest everything was good.

Nice hotel close to the center. The room was well-kept and very clean. Great breakfast.

Easy walk into the centre of the city and parking available on site. Quick response times over text for any queries.

No staff on site, felt very strange. Unfortunately they cannot meet dietary requirements for breakfast. They were apologetic about this. No air con in the room and it was uncomfortably hot.
