Free coffee and sparkling water were nice. I also appreciated the luggage room, open working/communal space, as well as the ease of access when it came to entering the building, as well as my room.

Self check in on paper seems like a decent design, but when faced with issues or any kind it was really annoying to have to email the hotel, and then wait for a response. One night, the fire alarms went off as well when I needed to wake up early the next morning. Someone who was staying at the hotel had to call both the hotel, as well as the police/firefighters. That was a negative experience. Additionally, the hotel is extremely far away (25-30 minute walk into the city). If you don't have a car, or are not physically able, you should not book here. It was also very hot in my room as well. I turned off both the heaters in the room, and had kept my windows opened since I checked in but I ended up sweating every single night. The bathrooms were extremely tiny. Very small, with barely a foot between the shower, the toilet, and the sink.
