The room was perfect with everything you need at hand and comfy beds. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, as it was left hanging outside your door in a paper bag and you had to take it downstairs to the coffee area to eat with some coffee. The worst thing was the amount of stairs and corridors you had to navigate, not ideal with heavy luggage to haul around. Other then that all was good.

Bed was very comfortable, location good as long as you like walking, room was clean

Líkaði ekki við · However, when we returned around midnight, our belongings had not been moved as promised. We therefore had to "break into" the small room ourselves to retrieve our things. Unbelievably, the woman who was supposedly assigned that room and had the same name as me never showed up at all—most likely because she doesn't exist. I will never stay here again!

I honestly don't know what to say! I booked accommodation here for my spouse and me while we were attending a wedding in Reykjavík. After completing the self-check-in process, I never received the access code needed to enter the building. I knocked repeatedly at the reception desk, but nobody was there. I waited and waited for the code, and it definitely wasn't in my spam folder. Eventually, I called the phone number provided and was finally helped over the phone. They gave me access to the building and provided the room code. By this point, we were already running late for the wedding. When we finally got inside, I discovered that the room had a single bed instead of the double bed I had booked and paid for. I called again and was told that I had booked a single room, which was simply not true. I had the confirmation receipt with me clearly showing that I had booked a room for two people. It was all very stressful because we were already late, and after rushing to get ready, I was told to leave our belongings in the small room. We had no other option since we couldn't take our luggage to the wedding. The staff member said she would call me back and sort everything out. I waited at the wedding for two hours before receiving a call. When she finally called, she told me there had been a mistake. According to her, another woman with exactly the same name as mine had booked the single room (which seems highly unlikely!), and I had now been assigned a new double room. She then asked me to come back and move my belongings ! I was in the middle of a wedding celebration and had no intention of leaving just to move my luggage, then i had to take a taxi and to get there and then back to the wedding. She knew perfectly well that I was attending a wedding. She then said she would send a staff member to move our belongings from one room to the other. However, when we returned around midnight, our belongings had not been moved as promised.

There was a pre-packed breakfast in a bag, so there was no choice. It was difficult to find the room because the information signs were not clear. The window of the room had to be closed with a "spoon", and the window of the ground floor room looked out onto a concrete wall 1m away. We did not meet any staff. The parking lot belonging to the hotel is small, and parking is prohibited almost everywhere in the area. I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults, but I was only given one room number and opening code, so I had to call separately and it took a long time for them to understand my (simple) problem...

De kamer. Mooi, schoon. Parkeren voor de deur. Koffie in de algemene ruimte.

Lokalizacja hotelu, chwilami było ciężko z miejscami parkingowymi, ale zawsze dało radę zaparkować. Kilka minut od hotelu jest sklep Bonus, a po drugiej stronie ulicy kawiarnia na szybkie śniadanie. Pokój też ok.

Emplacement idéal proche du centre ville à pied (10 min), parking aisé aux abords de l'hôtel (gratuit). Tout se fait par code d'accès, pas de réception.

Quelques soucis électriques dans notre chambre , mais rien de grave.
