The cleanness

The room layout The way the staff responds to the guest needs We did not like the room that much so we asked to change it and they refused and asked us to pay more if we need to change the room, although it was one night and we arrived late around 8 PM may be and leaving next morning, they had the chance to gain our loyalty by my upgrade or change the rooms since it was one night only
