فندق بعيد وهادئ، أثاثه لا بأس به. توجد مشكلة في النظافة رغم أنني تواصلت مع الاستقبال وطلبت منهم تنظيف الغرف، ولكن لم يكن هناك فائدة. تأخرت ساعة في الخروج، ودفعوني سعر الليلة كاملة. نفسية الموظفين سيئة، مع العلم أنني طلبت التحدث مع المشرف أو المسؤول، وأخبرتني الموظفة بأنها هي المسؤولة. In English: The hotel is far and quiet, and its furniture is decent. However, there is an issue with cleanliness, even though I contacted the reception and asked them to clean, but nothing was done. My checkout was delayed by an hour, and I was charged for a full night. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant, even though I requested to speak with a supervisor or the person in charge, and the employee told me she was the one in charge. Bei der Ankunft wurde nicht ausreichend über das Yogaangebot informiert. In booking.com stand Kundalini Yoga incl. dem ist nicht so man, muss jede Session bezahlen. In der Sauna wurde nur ein Handtuch pro Gast „verteilt“. Das männliche Personal ist in diesem Hotel etwas mürrisch unterwegs- passt nicht zum Flair.

Desidero segnalare che il servizio di colazione, sebbene regolarmente incluso e pagato, non è stato fornito. Soltanto a seguito di una nostra formale rimostranza, è stato preparato un cappuccino e ci è stato indicato di ordinare à la carte (riferendosi, incongruamente, al menù del pranzo/cena). L'attesa per il cappuccino è stata di circa quindici minuti. Successivamente, nessuno si è presentato per prendere l'ordinazione, rendendo di fatto impossibile usufruire del pasto, pur considerando l'inadeguatezza del menù proposto per la colazione.
