"El aseo del área común no estaba bien hecho los dormitorios muy bien, pero"

位置还不错，离重要景点都不远。厨房客厅区域很大。

厨房垃圾没有人倒，从入住就已经堆出来了，到离开时没有清理过一点点。越堆越高。我们两个人入住Unit2，房间非常小，床有一面贴墙，爬上去非常不方便。

Emplacement, cuisine partagée, équipement neuf , chambre très propre , sèche linge et lave linge très bien

- check in en retard de 30 min, bref beaucoup de stress pour pas grand chose. Se plaint que la carte bancaire de mon conjoint n'a pas le même nom de famille que moi mais prend l'argent sans aucun problème. - n'accepte pas un check out 30min après en disant que ce sont les femmes de ménage qui choisissent leur horaire mais elles sont arrivées a 13h - les parties communes ne sont pas lavées, la vaiselle traîne, nous avons du faire tourner le lave vaisselle, le vider etc pour avoir des couverts propre. - beaucoup d'escaliers. Nous avons vu 2 couples annulés leur réservation car ne pouvant pas se rendre à leur chambre que nous avons aidé et avons aidé un couple dernier avec leur valise. Ce n'est pas notre rôle d'être réceptionniste..
