No frill, clean and safe space to stay! It’s in a great part of town, close to public transit. Host Vince is great at communication!

The place was clean, towels, sheets and linens were all good. A Nespresso machine is in the room, but the closest plug required the device to be placed on the edge of the sink.

Maintenance levels were low making it difficult to do certain things like shower comfortably Shower was clogged Shower sprayed water everywhere Towel holder falling out of the wall Overhead fan not working great

Clean no frills, close to public transit and in a safe part of town.

Loved it, easy to communicate, problems quickly resolved. Nice environment, and people stayed there were very nice too. Will come back again if available in the future.

Very clean, modern and relatively quiet stay in Queen Anne. Great accessibility to downtown, Fremont and Capitol Hill. The bed was very comfortable, and beautiful bathroom with amazing shower. The shared full kitchen area was a treat, very tidy and organized. The host, while not on site, was very responsive. The only drawback I would say is if you’re a bit noise sensitive (I am). I didn’t have any issues since I brought ear plugs, but due to a lot of hard surfaces and the minimalist decor in the halls and shared space, doors opening/ closing, people talking, even in their room with doors closed is well heard. Might be a good option for the hosts to add some textile hanging art or other to absorb some of the noise. Aside from this small detail, a good stay! Would come back:)

Quiet and neat place

This property is very clean, walkable and convenient to transportation sites. The view is good enough.The staff is very responsible. Very good choice.
