GBThe location was ideal a short walk into Reading. The bed was comfortable.
The sofa was really cheap and uncomfortable. No milk provided. Cracked glass in cupboard. No lamp in lounge. Worst thing was the harassing phone calls and messages asking me to move my car when I had already left. The place felt depressing and tired with shoddy decor. Would not stay again.

GBGBGBGBI think when you are on a holiday over winter months, heating should be controlled within the property rather than a timer set by the owner next door and the guests have no control over heating system. Although they have offered to increase the timer but we used to come home late and every single night it was cold. I would prefer to control heating according to my own needs, it was of no use when I wasn’t in all day.
