I was disappointed that the door from bedroom to the patio was locked shut but in the pics it showed as if I had access to it. Major reason why I chose this place because I like to read a book under the night sky and have a drink in before packing in for the night.
GBIt was freezing cold in the property and the owner has the heating only from her house on a timed setting late evening only. No hand towel in bathroom. No bath towel for guest. Sofa bed not made up ready, had to hunt for bedding. Noisy gas boiler in bedroom and heard noise from family home until late in the evening

GBGBCozy is definitely the right word for the space, and not meant in a derogatory way. Everything was warm and clean and worked well. And for an annex, it felt very solid during the thunder storm.
The sofa bed needs addressing. Personally I didn't find it very comfortable
