GBFacilities were good considering it is small - we had everything we needed. Nice and clean. The owner was very responsive. Bedroom is light and airy and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked.
The bed room was great and felt like a nice space to be in but the living room lacked the same attention to detail. There was only comfortable seating for 2 and it felt unloved. Bathroom shower door didn’t close properly and sink is cracked so it felt old and in need of attention. Door to Arden in bedroom didn’t close either.
GBGBEverything for a single person/couple for a few days. Quiet central location.
Not much to not like. Note there isn’t an oven. There’s a hob, microwave and toaster, but that’s fine for short stays.

Not very comfortable the beds
GBFlat was clean and compact with everything in place that's needed to make it a good stay.
Unfortunately the flat was let down by the missing handle on the inside of the bathroom door. My wife couldn't get out of the toilet. Also the handle was broken on the bifold door at the back of the property so couldn't secure it properly.
GBNice amount of space and all the basics provided. Warm Seemed clean
Difficult to locate whilst also driving along busy road Mattress hard TV had internet only channels - no Freeview/terrestrial TV

AUPerfect for a couple or solo traveler Location was in a residential area with only a 15 min walk into Reading central
The only negative would be the bed…extremely hard! After speaking with the owner they provided a thicker duvet to cover the mattress which made it a little softer for our second nights stay. Also the heating which is automatic did not come on the first night and morning. This was adjusted by the owner for our second night.
