"Great stay when visiting Canterbury, would return."

Private secure parking. Lovely modern decor, very clean and well equipped little house. Our stay was during a very hot spell and grateful for the fan provided. Beds very comfortable, ample towels and all kitchen/bathroom facilities and equipment working and in good clean condition. Great location, very very close to city centre, station (West) and the Goods Shed. No noise issues. Owner very responsive with queries.

More flexibility for an earlier check in would have made the visit smoother, given that the property was not occupied the day before.

"Small but cozy with excellent use of the available space"

The house is very cozy in a quiet courtyard off the road, and yet it’s situated perfectly between the train station and the town centre.

The fan in the bathroom upstairs turns on automatically whenever you hit the lights and runs rather loudly for around 10 minutes, which can easily be heard in the adjacent bedrooms. Some of us woke up every time anyone had to go to the toilet at night.

"Great weekend here for a wedding- goods shed nearby is a great place to buy lovely local produce or have a coffee/be"

Great location, very new, all mod cons, has everything you need for a short stay, tea, coffee, dishwasher tabs , toilet rolls etc.(except teatowels)

Kitchen is a little cramped so don’t try and cook a large gourmet meal - but why would you with the Raj round the corner?

The property is a 2-minute walk from the Canterbury west train station, and the high street is walking distance. The cathedral is a 10-minute walk from the property. It was a family-friendly stay. Mariya is a lovely host who is prompt in replying to queries and requests. She gave us extra toys for kids and was flexible with our checkout plans. The house is very clean and well equipped for a family stay. The area is a quite residential culde sac. We wish Mariya and her family all the best and would highly recommend it.
