This lovely house is well located within Canterbury - walking distance to the town centre. It is well designed inside and has all the comforts that you would need for a staycation! I would stay here again and Mariya is a lovely host!

The kitchen and bathroom are tight spaces but this doesn't ruin the enjoyment of staying here.

"Lovely modern house with good facilities, private parking and a great location."

Great location, very clean and tidy, nicely decorated. Off street private parking.

Shower tricky to turn on and off, toilet roll holder and towel rail wonky. All need a quick fix to remedy.

"Beautiful decor, clean, great facilities and comfortable beds."

I stayed here with family the night before my registry wedding nearby. The house is stunning, very clean and feels homely with a touch of luxury. The beds were very comfortable and facilities were great for us. Mariya is a wonderful and very friendly host - we’d left our shoes in the cupboard and she was easy to contact to arrange picking up.

Lovely house within about a 10 minute walk to Canterbury centre. The house was spotless, comfortable beds, clean linen and towels and it was warm. Tasteful decor. Nice back garden.

Clean, cosy and well equipped. Great location and secure parking is a bonus. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Canterbury.

A minor issue: it may be useful to have some instructions regarding operating the TV system although I'm sure younger guests won't have a problem!
