Modern well appointed house, 10 minutes from centre of Canterbury with a parking spot. It was perfect for our stay and cheaper than a hotel when split between us.

"Excellent location - would definitely return"

Location excellent - just 2 minutes walk from Canterbury West and the train stations and only 10-15 minutes into town. Everything was new, comfortable and very clean. Parking was secure.

Not a great deal of wardrobe space in 2 of the bedrooms - not a problem as we were only there a couple of days but something to think about if you are staying longer. A little more info on how to work TVs, heating etc and what to do with bins/ recycling would be helpful

"Hotel quality and facilities with a homely feel - highly recommend"

The house was wonderful - three almost equal Size rooms - bedding and mattress luxurious, little treats left out, parking and access easy, very close to station and also Westgate/centre - won’t get a better location. Owner was very nice to communicate with - quiet and lovely facilities - dining table, garden, nespresso machine, filtered water and two big sofas - perfect for a group time away!
