Casa Mallet by Wynwood House

The communication with the Casa Mallet team was so easy and convenient. They were very helpful. The apartment was so nice and homely with very comfortable beds. Location was perfect. Loved our stay!

Very pleasantly surprised. Had a great stay in our. 2br 2ba apartment. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. The maid must have been OCD, all the utensils and pits were lined up with military precision. Great location in Casco Viejo. There was even an elevator which is not always so in the area. Would highly recommend. Looked like the building had been renovated to be live in apartments. Met the owner on the way out. Nice lady. They have people that attend to the building. They are process of updating the penthouse apt. Already planning another stay.

It was my second stay at this apartment. We love the location - the place is close to nice shops, touristic attractions, and great restaurants. The building is quite, secure, and clean. The apartment has nice furniture and decoration, high quality bed and bedding, attractive and clean bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Gorgeous wrap around balcony with beautiful views. You receive access codes by text and you can access the apartment very easily.

The dishes on the cabinet were not cleaned properly. Very thin and flimsy trash bags and only found 1 trash bag. The place needs some dusting in general. I think the problem is that one cleaning person does not have enough time to clean the apartment before check-in time. The elevator was broken for the entire weekend and it was challenging for my father who has a heart condition - we were not notified that the elevator was not going to be fixed for the entire weekend. We checked in on a Saturday and checked out on Monday.

They don't act as quickly as possible I work with Wyndham Corporation, and as soon guests call for something that doesn't work we act quickly they took 3 days before they decided to do something I was too stressed.

Incredible apartment, complete, comfortable and charming. Prime location. Great customer service.

Wery good situation, just behind the museum of the canal

Our stay was great, but we do have several suggestions: We were very excited to see a roof-top pool and brought our bathing suits, only to find out the pool was only for the person renting the top floor apartment ( website should state this). Also, the website said "This property does not have elevators", and we used the elevator - Please check your website! Also, only 1 bottle of water was left for two people in the room, and we were concerned about drinking faucet water in Panama. Also, there were not enough hangers for two of us attending several wedding events, so we purchased a pack of 6 and left them in the room for future guests. Also, the coffee machine was flattening the coffee pods so we could not make a cup of coffee. There was a regular coffee machine, but no coffee provided for this one - suggest providing a bag of wonderful Panama coffee, with some type of creamer also made available. Next, a restaurant link was provided but it was only in Spanish and the tab to switch it to English did not work. Last but not least, the kitchen was wonderful and fully equipped (besides the coffee machine problems), but we could not find a grocery store - suggest having an Information book with links, maps, etc...in Spanish and English. The one nice surprise was Aaron, the Concierge, who was in every day from 1:30pm-7pm - a nice surprise and he was extremely helpful!
