The hotel is near to factory outlets like the Heritage & Passion. The pool is a bit small though. Breakfast varieties changed daily which is good. The TV in my room needs warming up before you can see what's screening. The hotel's maintenance team should look into that . The hand shower also needs to be changed as water is gushing out from many directions. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Friendly staffs - always ready and eager to assist, nice interior deco & cosy too, breakfast spread is not bad with a mixture of western and local cuisine.

Went to bandung for a weekend getaway and decided to stay overnight. Amaroossa hotel was highly recommended with good reviews. Knowing the location is strategic to go places i needed to go, i booked in a heartbeat. I got to the hotel in the morning and checked in, with high expectation about the hotel. It took them a while to find my booking, it consisted of the receptionist having to go back and forth to the office. After a while i decided to sit by the sofa and waited. It took about 15 mins to finally find my booking under expedia.com,which is odd as i booked it through hotels.com. when i finally checked in, they then told me there was no room and i had to come back later. I wished they could say that earlier and i could have come back and checked in. I came back in the evening to the hotel and they gave me the key to the room. I stayed at the first floor and the layout was confusing. I took a second look and asked the passing staff to guide us to our room. Meandering through the hallway, we finally found our room. The room was spacious, the room was dark ( dark furnitures, baroque styled) and heavily decorated to my taste. Though the furnitures in the space are nicely put and functional. The bathroom was dark and there were not much towels except for 2 bath towels and a foot towel. Toiletries were okay, except one of the toothbrush set has an unexplainable stain that i felt irked to touch, let alone use. I asked for an extra towel, the housekeeping staff was very polite and told us it will be delivered soon. After a few hours and a few phone calls, it never came. Never, ever came. I was annoyed. Sleeping was good, the bed was good and i had a good rest. Came the morning when i was about to check out, i opened the curtain to a very dark room and i saw a dead cockroach on the carpet underneath the tv. How and why the cockroach was dead in that exact location at that particular time baffled me. I was Grossed out. To summarise my experience staying at the hotel is this, I was underwhelmed and good thing it was a one night stay. I would try to find other hotel on my next visit since it was just an 'ok' hotel.

Great service, a small but unique hotel with a sense of art. The people are really nice, they do everything with a smile and taxis are easy to get.. I am happy to recommend this to my friends. Great job Amaroossa!

Had been to Bandung a few times, and this one Hotel is my best experience so far, it has got a quiet surrounding all day and easy walking access to factory outlet, unlike some that I stayed previously were close to mosques that wake you up in the early morning, other setback is WiFi is not available in room, access only at the lobby and pool area. Hotel policy is not flexible, my request for one hour late check out were rejected despite of okay given when i check in due to my late return flight and hand towel is not available.

Wifi should be extended to rooms instead of just at the lobby. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant! Staff were very helpful and service was prompt. Very near to factory outlets, and there was free shuttle from and back to airport. Breakfast buffet was quite a spread too!
