Amaroossa Bandung hotel

Good vacation. Breakfast good spread nice coffee house but tasteless coffee served.

my hubby and I spent 2 nights there. We love the hotel and the staffs are great. all the front desk staffz are trying their best to help us... but, the fact is not many ppl can speak english in Bandung, so lucky we have the hotel staff to help us on booking and explain the trip and so on.... will recommend to others!

The hotel was good as well as the staff. Only problem they were not able to find the reservation did with hotels.com

Good location and service. Conveniently located in Bandung. We have a nice stay in 3 bedrooms, they well accommodated our request to have connecting rooms and room next to each other. Good breakfast buffet.

Luxurious very nice hotel in a central location. Attractive building and rooms. Helpful, courteous, polite, and congenial reception and restaurant management staff. Good breakfast buffet. A la carte lunch and dinner menu expensive. The Marlin fish that I had was old and hard. Few people have lunch or dinner in the restaurant. Waiters and waitresses need to pay more attention to the clientele's needs (omelettes, coffee refills). They ignored me when I was there.

I noticed that communication was a big problem. For example, when you are asking for something they will reply some other thing.

What a magnificent Hotel and superb staff. I thoroughly recommend staying here for a wonderful holiday experience. The food is brilliant the rooms are absolutely beautiful and all the staff are very accommodating and are wonderfully friendly. Thank you Lee George

I like the services from all the staff, very friendly and helpful - right from the bellboy to the manager. I will stay this hotel whenever I come to Bandung.
