Amaroossa Bandung hotel

Despite of having a not so good wifi connection , overall it was good . Nice staffs . Always greeting us everytime we walk pass them . Will come there again when I plan of coming Bandung again. Just that please ensure ur cutleries and plates are clean . I work in the hospitality line , certain things just need to improve . Like wifi and cutleries . That's all! Great service so far. Thank you for having us there!

very relaxing stay, room was really nice and comfortable, love the pillows. area is quite central. not much shopping or street food nearby. easy to find taxis. Breakfast was OK, not extraordinary though. swimming pool is very nice. small but looks natural.

Overall, the room is very clean. But air-conditioning need great improvement as the air con is not cold when temp was switched to 10 degree. We changed the room once but air con still not cold. The 1st room at 3rd floor is worst, totally no air con. Sometimes, wifi speed quite slow but still able to connect. As we stay at 1st floor, we can hear the noise outside the hotel in morning & night although windows are all closed. There are also mosquitoes at the cafe and lobby area. We got stung by those mosquitoes. Hotel will need to look into the pest control to eliminate these insects. Good points about this hotel is near to many factory outlets, abt 10 mins walk from hotel. Easy to get taxi outside the hotel. Nice & yummy breakfast spread but we need to wait quite long for the scramble/ fried eggs to be sent to us. Receptionists & bell boy are friendly.

my itinernary request for a double bed but they gave me a twin single bed was disappointed, hope to improve.

Front desk staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast superb. Room a little warm when set lowest temp and highest speed. Overall very nice place to stay. Btw massage spa place only 5mins walk from hotel. Shiok !

Our stay in Amaroossa Hotel has been nothing short of AMAZING! Love the beautiful interiors, cleanliness, array of yummy breakfast spread and most imptly, the staff has made our stay even more enjoyable with its tip-top service! Highly recommended to stay while in Bandung!

It was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

Near to a cafe just across the road. Service might be rather slow. Sent for laundry in the morning but only to receive the next day. Had problems with the card that leads to the room door and had to reprogram twice. Staff are friendly and food for breakfast is great and delicious. Room is clean but it would have been great if there were instructions on how to get hot water in the shower.

Friendly staff everywhere in the hotel. Receptionist guide you where you want to go. Room confortable
