The building itself is stunning, very well furnished and the staff are lovely.

The cream carpet everywhere adds a tone of opulence but it has some considerable stains in our room. The management were very apologetic and gave us a partial refund. They dealt with our issue very well.

Beautiful property in a great location. They really are trying to give their guests an elevated experience.

The room does not have a desk. We often have to work on vacation and it was a problem for us. My husband had to make a makeshift desk out of his suitcase. They also don’t have a mirror outside of the bathroom. So I ended up sitting on the floor to blow dry my hair while my husband was showering.

Excellent location - walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The style, location and design of the hotel

Some of the staff were young and inexperienced. We stayed for 4 nights and never got any recognition!! The restaurant food was quite ordinary for the price and hype.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful, with stylish interiors and a great location. That said, I felt the experience did not justify the very high price. Beyond the décor, the service and overall stay felt like any standard hotel—nothing especially attentive, personal, or memorable that would warrant such a premium cost. For what I paid, I expected something above and beyond, but instead it felt ordinary behind the pretty exterior.

The hotel was new, clean, and well decorated, and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on one evening.

The service was underwhelming; employees seemed inadequately trained and were not proactive. The hotel had no amenities to offer - no onsite gym or spa, no breakfast included, no parking included, no mini bar included - so the offering did not justify the nightly rate. The restaurant also closes at 9pm on weeknights and there is no room service option so you cannot eat if you check in late. Furthermore, the hotel is located in a parking lot so the views are nothing special.

Lots of stairs… until we figuring the elevator🤪
