Newly build, fresh, well styled rooms and common space, super comfy bed, cosy bar, great restaurant

Organization is in some area not smooth. There are no coffee or tee at the room whereas we tried to have coffee at the restaurant’s bar at 4pm, this was visibly not a standard request and we quickly dropped the initiative. Inspite of the excellent welcome offered at the reception, the hotel needs to improve its customer relationship and service in order to become a true boutique hotel.

I like the location

No phone in room. No make up mirror in bathroom. Staff really does not make an effort to make your stay special.

Easy access, great parking, great location. Staff were superb and attentive. I remarked that there was only one chair in our room, (if one wanted to do some work,) and in a short while, during our dinner, a chair miraculously appeared in our room. From front desk to room service we were well treated and quite enjoyed have a drink and some bar snacks in the bar one night.

I think rooms for 2 guests should automatically have a second chair placed within. The breakfast was somewhat repetitive and the layout of the buffet could be improved. ( I have managed enough restaurants to offer advice... a simple thing like a small label would eliminate needless lifting of chafing dish covers, and placement of glasses and juices at the very back end of the banquet table is a stretch even for me. Teaspoons for fruit would be much better than a demi-tasse spoon. I would have wished for at least a partial view of the waterfront, even with a terrace/patio... very surprised that it wasn’t incorporated into the architectural design.

The location was nice. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the bar.

Our room was so loud. There was only a break in the foot stomping, doors slamming and loud guests once the other guests went to bed. Even with ear plugs in, I would fall asleep only to be startled awake by a door slamming or loud stomping above our room. At this price point, I would expect a better rest. We were there for a wedding, so unfortunately we were stuck. I wouldn’t recommend.
