me gusto la ubicación y facilidad de trasporte que existe en la zona, ademas el hotel cuenta con una playa muy segura y buena en ese aspecto es prefecto.

El ruido en la habitación del hotel, el aire acondicionado generaba un ruido increíble y la puerta de los baños no cerraba 100% dado que era corrediza.

great location, has pools, beach and walking distance to te lagune and beaches.

they were understaffed. room did not get cleaned everyday. it was inpossible to reach the front dest. I had to go down to the lobbi any time we needed something. food choices in the restaurnat are very limited. the sofa bed in the room, can not fit 2 kids!!

I am baffled as to why people have beat up on this hotel. I understand that it is not the cheapest place to stay, but you are going to pay if you want to stay in the Condado area of San Juan. For where you are at it is a very good value. You have rights at the hotel across the street that is connected by a skywalk. Anything that is on the other side of Ashford Avenue with beachfront is actually a rocky beach and for the most part does not have a good option for sunning and swimming in the ocean. This hotel has a nice Bay view and pool option that really make it nice and quite frankly on the higher end of the Hilton Garden Inn brand properties. Rooms appear to have been renovated in the recent past and have plenty of room include refrigerators and a microwave. Make sure to get a room on the Bayside for the nice view.
