"Great place to stay to explore Old San Juan"

Loved the location and the pool was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for us while we explored the city.

The pool had multiple clumps of hair floating in it, and the hot tub needed a scrub down. There were several not so clean looking details in the room, like a rusty toilet bolt and dirt and grime built up in the corners of the shower and floor.

"Einmal und nie wieder"

Das einzig positive waren die Liegen im unteren Bereich.

Sehr kalt , mehr erwartet , kein Service und die Preise unverschämt. Wir haben noch mehr bezahlt wie gebucht da hier die Steuern ganz klein gedruckt auftauchen. So ein schlechtes Frühstück hatten wir noch nie. Und dafür noch viel Geld bezahlt. Lieber zum Starbucks gegenüber gehen

"The best customer service ever"

I showed up late for check in and had the pleasure to be received by Luis Casillas. After more than 12 hours flying, he made my initial experience with the hotel a superb one. He was extremely professional and courteous and went out of his way to talk to me about the hotel amenities. I've been traveling all over the world and Luis is by far one of the best front desk attendants I have ever interacted with.
