Location, spacious room, easy for ride shares to find.
Timing of room cleanings (not consistent), cold pool, elevators take forever and are very small. Super crowded when cruises dock.

The bed was comfortable.
I didn’t like that I had booked my reservation months in advance and when i arrived no room was ready for me but while i was waiting a couple came to the desk and got a room quickly. They didn’t have a microwave in the room , which was silly and they didn’t even bother to give me a credit or something for the inconvenience of not having my room ready! I didn’t like how the shower was made and it was no door on the bathroom hinges. Overrall I give this hotel a 3/10. I would not want to stay again

The hotel is located in the heart Old San Juan. Its staff was professional and welcoming! We left some valuables in the safe and the staff secured our items and called us to retrieve them. We were so grateful! Gracias a Dios!! Good times!
Nothing, we loved our stay!! Can't wait to go back!
