Excellent location in Viejo San Juan. Close to restaurants and shops, easily walkable. Great rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking the city and piers. Rooms are well appointed with a clothes steamer, stocked mini bar (12 year old scotch), and munchies for sale. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked.
Some rooms do not have windows, which could be a plus or a minus. If you prefer a dark room for sleeping, they’re ideal. The windowless room was also very quiet as it had no exterior noise.

"Great stay if a little noisy."

Alma is in a great location in old town. It’s a beautiful hotel and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful
It was very noisy. The rooftop bar music resonates through the whole hotel so not great if you want a quiet night.

Walls are thin and staff is loud. No windows and not enough cabinets and no luggage rack. Noisy and staff was loud
