Randal el encargado del apartamento estuvo disponible tanto a la llegada como en todo momento de nuestra estancia, tambi茅n el d铆a de Acci贸n de Gracias (no sab铆amos que lo era y nos contest贸 con la misma amabilidad). 隆Muchas gracias! El apartamento est谩 muy bien situado, cerca de un supermercado grande abierto 24/7, en un barrio con restaurantes y bares, a 10mn de la "Placita" a donde est谩 la marcha, bien mantenido, amplio y c贸modo.

La playa que est谩 cerca es preciosa pero peligrosa para el ba帽o, no hay ni una mesita de noche en los 3 dormitorios, el colch贸n del dormitorio en suite se hunde y al ser planta baja el piso no tiene vista.

"Estupendo apartamento en el coraz贸n de San Juan"

Apartamento muy bien situado en una de las mejores zonas de San Juan. El personal estuvo siempre muy atento a las demandas q les hicimos. Muy limpio, grande y espacioso. Lo recomendamos para grupos de amigos o familias.

Me encant贸 todo: la ubicaci贸n es excelente, el apartamento est谩 muy bien distribuido, limpio y c贸modo. Las instrucciones para el ingreso fueron claras y pr谩cticas. Siempre hubo electricidad y agua sin inconvenientes durante la estad铆a. En general, una experiencia muy buena, totalmente recomendable

"The Apartment has a good potential, but it鈥檚 not there yet."

Modern look

The lack of essential for our stay. No toiletries, no tv in the rooms, WiFi service is limited to the family room which was bad since there鈥檚 no signal in the rooms. No mirrors in the master bedroom or bathroom. Missing towels. The mattress in the master bedroom seems to be an air mattress (too soft) the pillows were uncomfortable (thin). Check in- we were granted a bit early check in at 1pm. This was not a request we were asked, yet we weren鈥檛 allowed to check in until 3pm. Why ask?? Very disappointing since we rushed to get there and relax after a long drive. Also, it was very difficult to get in. I had to call the representative several times, not cool.
